New year, new beginnings. I love making resolutions and taking on new projects, but I also dislike failing to meet those goals. So, for 2013 I’m keeping it simple: yoga twice/week and stay optimistic. That’s something I can achieve.

I need your help! I’m putting together a list of 13 new-to-me dishes to cook in 2013 and I’d love your suggestions.
These foods can be anything from drinks and apps to main courses and desserts, but I’d like for them to be distinctly from a cuisine around the world. Fusion recipes are great (e.g. Indian/British Chicken Tikka Malsala), as are regional specialties (like New England Clam Chowder!).
